RESERVED BACK NUMBER PROGRAM

The NCAQHA Reserve Number Program is a fund-raising activity for the Amateur Association and to provide a convenient service to all members of the NCQHA. Numbers are available to reserve for a period of one year, with preference for annual renewal given to the individual that reserved the number the previous year. To be eligible for the NCAQHA Pattern Horse Annual Awards, the horse/rider combination must be registered as a participant in the NCAQHA Reserve Number Program.

Reserve numbers from the just completed year will only be held until December 31st of that year for that person to reserve the number for the new year. For example: If you pay for a reserve number for 2023, that number is yours for all of 2023 and if you pay again for that number by December 31, 2024 it will be yours for the 2024 year. All numbers not paid for by December 31st, will be available on a first come basis.

FEED TICKET PROGRAM

NCAQHA participates in award programs provided by Southern States and Tribute Feeds. We will appreciate your help with collecting Proof of Purchase seals from Tribute Feeds. This is an important part of our fundraising efforts. Please cut and save the proof of purchase seals and/or bulk delivery tickets and forward them to: Betsey Wetherall, 6145 Kernersville Rd., Belews Creek, NC 27009 or bring your feed tickets to a show and give them to an Amateur board member.

USED SHOW CLOTHING SALE

Back by popular demand, the NC Amateur Quarter Horse Association will be holding its 3rd Annual Used Show Clothing Sale as a fundraiser at the Tarheel Spring Classic and Martinganza. Help us by either donating or consigning your good, used, show clothing and horse related apparel. For best sales exposure, please bring your items as early as 3pm on Thursday, February 28, 2019 to the Tarheel Spring Classic in Raleigh. We will be located near the show office in the coliseum. We will also be accepting items at Martinganza as early as 3pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in Williamston where we will be located near the café in the coliseum.
