The NCAQHA Reserve Number Program is a fund-raising activity to support the Amateur Association and to provide a convenient service to all members of the NCQHA.  Numbers are available to reserve for a period of one year, with preference for annual renewal given to the individual that reserved the number the previous year.  To be eligible for the NCAQHA Pattern Horse Annual Awards, the horse/rider combination must be registered as a participant in the NCAQHA Reserve Number Program.

Reserve numbers from the just completed year will only be held until December 31st of that year for that person to reserve the number for the new year.  For example:  If you pay for a reserve number for 2019, that number is yours for all of 2019 and if you pay again for that number by December 31, 2019 it will be yours for the 2020 year. All numbers not paid for by December 31st, will be available on a first come basis.

Because “An Equine Production” will be managing the three NCQHA shows in 2020 and has their own Number & Points/Awards Program, we will be using their listing of reserve numbers for the 2020 show season.  All NCAQHA Reserve Numbers paid for as of February 20, 2020 have been noted on that list.  If you want to reserve a number for 2020 you must first check the “An Equine Production” numbers listing to confirm that the number you are selecting is available - is the link and the listing is at the bottom of the page.

Once payment is received by NCAQHA for a reserve number, that number will be forwarded to An Equine Production to reserve that number for you and if that number has been previously taken you will be contacted to select another number.

The 2020 Reserve Number Form can be found below.

NCAQHA participates in award programs provided by Southern States and Tribute Feeds.  We will appreciate your help with collecting Proof of Purchase seals from Southern States and Tribute.  This is an important part of our fundraising efforts.  Please cut and save the proof of purchase seals and/or bulk delivery tickets and forward them to:  Betsey Wetherall, 6145 Kernersville Rd., Belews Creek, NC 27009 or bring your feed tickets to a show and give them to an Amateur board member.

Thank you!
