     The North Carolina Quarter Horse Association is an affiliate of the American Quarter Horse Association and is dedicated to the growth and enjoyment of the American Quarter Horse. NCQHA's mission is to unite American Quarter Horse owners, and to develop and provide beneficial services for all horse owners that enhance and encourage American Quarter Horse ownership and participation. We work to generate growth of affiliate membership via the educational programs, recognition, monitoring public policy, marketing, promotion and publicity of the American Quarter Horse.
